:John Sedgwick (PROB 11/559) Clerk of Burton Pedwardine, Lincolnshire Will proved 10 July 1717 Bequests Eldest son Joseph - Executor. One thousand pounds pursuant to marriage settlement upon my late wife. Also my library excepting books on Physic and any duplicates. Daughter Elizabeth, sons John, Obadiah and Philip - remainder of goods chattels excepting plate which to be divided with son Joseph too. Will Sedgwick of Fenchurch Street to be supervisor and trustee. | |
