:Obadiah Sedgwick (PROB 11/439) Merchant of London Will proved 23 August 1697 Bequests Wife Sedgwick - two thousand pounds, plate, jewells and furniture. Eldest son Botry - Executor and joint guardian of two youngest sons. Residue of estate. Daughter Elizabeth - fifteen hundred pounds and five hundred pounds Bank of England Stock. Daughter Sarah - fifteen hundred pounds and five hundred pounds Bank of England Stock. Second son John - sixteen hundred pounds. Youngest son William - fourteen hundred pounds. Nephew Charles Sedgwick and his wife - twenty pounds. | |
