There are several, as yet, unconnected families living in Staines in 1851. The IGI holds no clues to their origins - can anyone else help to shed some light on this? Could the Brentford / Chiswick Sedgwicks be linked too? William (1791) was living in Ealing in 1851 and 1861. Edward was in Chiswick in 1851. Also in the area a Mary Sedgwick or Shedgwick married Thomas Rosewell circa 1774. It looks as if their grandson Thomas Sedgwick Rosewell was transported in 1798. |
