William Sedgwick [William Sedgwick / Frances Stephenson]
In 1851 William, Eleanor and 6 children are living in Stepney and he is described as a pocket book maker. In 1861 Emma Selina is working as a servant in Newington and Jane is a servant in Stepney. Alfred is the only candidate as the husband of Elizabeth Perry and the father of Alfred Sedgwick. The usual mantra applies - can anyone help to prove the assumption? In 1851 the Perry's are living in the same household as the Sedgwicks so it looks a good match. |
