James Sedgwick [James Sedgwick / Eliza Fox] bpt. 26 January 1829 St Mary, Nottingham m. Ann Etherington 17 August 1851 d. 1890 Nottingham James' father was a bricklayer and in 1851 James junior is described as a journeyman carpenter. Later census returns give his profession as builder. In 1891 two 'Sedgwick' grandchildren are living with Ann - Ethel and Annie. By 1901 Ethel (Morrison) has married and Annie Morrison is still with her grandother and maiden aunt. | |
