James Sedgwick [Wenlock Sedgwick] There is no baptism for Raphael in Shenstone but otherwise the evidence is strong that he is the brother of the daughters of James (!). His will mentions 3 sisters and one brother in law - two can be linked to a known Sedgwick marriage in IGI records. More evidence is needed to be sure. At about this time in Shenstone are marriages and baptisms relating to a Michaell Sedgwick - could this be a mistranscribing of Raphael? |
