George Sedgwick (born circa 1781)

George Sedgwick [William Sedgwick / Ann Yare]
bpt. 18 May 1781 Ormside, Westmorland
m. Jane Unknown
d. after 1841

George, Jane and Thomas are living together in Old Hutton, Grayrigg in 1841. George and William are working as agricultural labourers.

A slight query hangs over my construction of this family. In 1881 two of Ann's grandchildren are living with George junior and family described as George's niece and nephew - their father James Jackson Nelson is described as a widower. In 1851 a George Sedgwick described as a schoolmaster is living with Ann and her family. However the profession of schoolmaster does not fit 'this' George - can anyone assist with this?
