James Sidgwick [John Sidgwick / Mary How) In 1841 James is living in Stockton with his son in law John Burdon. His sons can be found in Hutton. James was a linen hand loom weaver in 1851. His children James and Sarah are living with Mary Ann in 1851. In 1851 William Charlton - son of Ralph Charlton and Sarah Sedgwick is described as a nephew. In 1871 John and Mary Ann Burdon at Carlton, Durham are host to nieces Sarah Sedgwick and Elizabeth Gardner. No baptism for Elizabeth's father John Sedgwick - could there be another connection between the Burdons and Sedgwicks which has been overlooked?
