UK Sedgwicks - Places - Yorkshire
Siggesworths of Hutton Rudby

Unknown Siggesworth
b. circa 1675

The IGI only contains records post 1736. There are three individuals as evidenced by the baptismal records on the IGI and at least another four in the marriages.

All are shown here until someone can look at the transcript of earlier parish records and sort out the different families.

Hutton Rudby, geographically, is the central eastern point of a triangle (roughly) with Northallerton to the south west and Darlington to the north west. Many Hutton Sedgwicks can be found in Durham or Yorkshire in 1881 as the county borders are close. For those researching in the post 1837 years, it is likely that Stokesley Registration District will be the place to search but before that look in both counties.
