In 1851 William is living with his mother Maria and sister Sarah Ann in Hunslet described as a book keeper. In 1861 William and Sarah are living with niece Elizabeth Wilson and William is a master wireworker

By 1871 William has married and is living in Headingley. Sister Sarah is still in the household in 1901. Elizabeth died in 1881.

Son Henry is believed to have emigrated to Australia - has anyone found him in their researches?
