In 1861 William is a cotton power loom weaver. In 1888 Violetta remarried to Mark Clarkson. Living with the couple is grandaughter Isabella Sedgwick daughter of Alfred.

Son James is in Prestwich Asylum in 1901 described as a lunatic.
