UK Sedgwicks - Places - Yorkshire
West Witton

The first baptisms of Sedgwicks in the parish are those of three children of a James Sedgwick in 1744, 1748 and 1752. There were obviously other migrants over the years and all 'lost' individuals are linked from this page until they can be placed in their true parish of origin.

Both James (1766) and John (1775) seem to have roots in Colburn. Can anyone help with Quaker records? Another James (1791) was married not far away in Catterick - is he connected to West Witton too?
